두개의 숨(The Two Breaths)

고독과 관찰로 내면을 세우고,
사람들 속에서 그 내면을 따뜻하게 확장하는 것,
그 두 가지 흐름이 함께 있을 때 비로소 우리는
삶이라는 선물을 느낄 수 있다.

Building the inner self through solitude and observation,
and gently expanding that self among others —
when these two currents move together,
we finally begin to feel the gift that life truly is.
